Spied through a window by an aspiring musician while recording their debut album, the Lamborghini Miura became the object of desire for the young guitarist Tommy Iommi. When his band Black Sabbath hit the big time this became his very own car.

The plan was to meet in an underground car park late at night. It read more like the beginning of a drug deal rather than a photoshoot. Once we'd got some frames of the car we would head over to the recording studio to see if we could shoot it there. The night had it all. The smell of the '60s, an ecstatic Miura fan who chased us out of Soho and a bump start into the bus lane at Park Lane. Usual.
